The drawings for the Beta are completely random, but we must have at least 10 member's signed up on the official site.
For those that are still around or interested, the release of Rift 1.3 in early summer will implement FREE character transfers. Carole and I will be moving the Guild to a PVE server (yet unknown). If you have any interest in knowing anything further, let me know.

the real money auction house could very easily be abused by gold farmers. it'll be interesting to see how this system pans out. ultimately people can refuse to use it tho and stick with the in game currency AH
